Seafood Baked Rice

Tell me how not to fall in love with baked rice...The melted cheddar cheese with the fragrance of rice how to resist..i know it is fattening but who cares..Imagine a tiring day at work and you just wants to have sinful dinner to help you ease the tiring day..All you need is just less than an hour to get this dinner fix..Chance upon a recipe from noob cook and i felt like having seafood baked rice so decided to give it a try..The first attempt turns out to be good!!!!!

INGREDIENTS
-shredder mozarella and red cheddar cheese
-uncooked rice (washed and drained)
-15g butter
-campbell cream of mushroom soup
-shittaki mushroom
-bacon
-ham
-cuttlefish
-sotong
-prawn


Methods:

1. Heat the wok melt the butter, add in bacon stir fry for 3 minutes, follow by add in sotong, ham, shitakki mushroom and cuttlefish, stir fry for another 4-5 minutes.

2. Add in uncooked rice, stir well with the ingredients.

3. Transfer the contents from the wok to the cooker. Add in water to cook the rice.

4. When the rice is cook, scope out the rice into the safe oven baking bowl/ plate / aluminium tray. Spread some uncooked Campbell cream of mushroom sauce on top of the rice and topped it with shredder mozarella and red cheddar cheese.

5. Baked in pre-heated oven at 200 degree celsius for 20-25minutes.

There you are your home cooked seafood baked rice is ready to serve!!!!!!!!!!
