Cooking is never an easy task for me as i prefer to eat than to cook..I dislike having to wash oily plates and woks..but than sometimes i have no choice..example: mummy's oversea

So ladies if you have to cook a descent dish, this is an easy one to start with....

- 2 to 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
- Prawns (optional)
-2 tbsp cooking oil
-1 tsp chicken seasoning powder (knorr seasoning powder)
-2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce

Preparation:
- trim and discard nai bai stem
- wash thoroughly

Cooking Method:
1. Heat oil in a wok and add in minced garlic, stir fry for 30-40 seconds (you could smell the fragance of the garlic).

2. Add in the prawn, fry for 2minutes. Add in nai bai, followed by oyster sauce and chicken seasoning powder, cover the wok and cook on high fire for a few minutes till the leafs are cooked. Open up the cover, stir fry for another 10 seconds and you can off the stove. Nai Bai with prawn is ready to be served!!
